We are Novella, founded and managed by former cam model Charlotte, who is determined to raise the bar, supported by Charlie, Charlotte's husband.

After working in the industry I often felt out of place in traditional agencies. There was always something missing - a lack of real support, a lack of class and a lack of long-term vision. I wanted to provide something more sophisticated, more empowering and more genuine. So together, we built Novella!

Here at Novella we focus on helping models reach their full earning potential, not just by grinding hours on cam, but by building sustainable and smart income streams. That means offering tools and training to master everything from creating high-quality content to cultivating loyal regulars who actually value your time. We teach you how to minimise time spent in free chat and maximise what really matters: earning real money and protecting your energy.

They are phrases that get thrown around a lot, but behind the scenes we saw too many cracks in those promises. Here, we mean it. There’s no room for hate, drama, or spiteful competition. Just safety, support and a loving fraternity.

Our Story
Novella was born out of real-life experience - not just in the cam world, but in the everyday world too.

We’re not influencers or out-of-touch business owners. We’re just real people, juggling real lives.
Charlotte is an emergency call handler, Charlie works in oil and gas and between us, we have families, careers, kids, a home to run, and bills to pay - just like you.
​
I started my journey in the cam industry and quickly realised that most agencies didn’t really completely understand or support their models in the right way. I felt like we didn’t quite fit in, some agencies were tacky and pushy, some agencies were strict and controlling, especially on camera time. I felt that all of those models including me, not only wanted, but needed something more elevated, more empowering and far more supportive to our real worlds.

Not only that, but this is a growing industry, which is already difficult to discuss with your friends and family, so do we really need it to be advertised as sleazy or tacky? I want to change the game and show that this can be a classy and sophisticated way to earn an extra income and to explore your sexual side, that it doesn't make you a bad person and it isn't something you should hide or keep secret. (Of course, we do have models that keep this to themselves, this is why everyone within the business signs a Non disclosure agreement to keep our models safe.)

That’s why we created Novella: to offer something different. Something more classy, professional, and thoughtful. We’re here to help models not only earn well on cam, but also build smart, sustainable income through content sales, fan retention and brand building. We know firsthand how draining long hours on camera can be and we believe in working smarter, not harder.

Company Owner & Manager
Charlotte founded Novella with one clear mission: to create a space where models feel genuinely supported, respected, and empowered. Before launching the agency, she worked as a successful cam model herself - an experience that gave her firsthand insight into both the challenges and opportunities in the industry.
With a background in business and a deep understanding of the adult content world, Charlotte brings a rare blend of strategic thinking and heartfelt empathy to her role. She saw a gap in the industry for a model-first agency that offered real guidance, emotional support and ethical structure - and decided to build it from the ground up.
At Novella, Charlotte leads with transparency, warmth and a fierce commitment to helping every model grow with confidence. She’s not just the founder - she’s the reason Novella feels like home.
Charlie
Company Manager & Support
Charlie joined Novella with a clear goal: to put his management and IT expertise to good use in a space that values people as much as progress. With a passion for creating smooth, supportive systems behind the scenes, he plays a key role in making sure the agency runs efficiently - so models can focus on what they do best.
He’s also a vocal advocate for inclusivity in the industry, encouraging not just women but men to explore webcam modelling as a legitimate and empowering source of income.
Working alongside Charlotte, Charlie is deeply committed to Novella’s mission: building a safer, more supportive industry where everyone has the tools - and the encouragement - to thrive.
Charlotte
"Me and Charlie are married, with 3 children, all boys! The boys are 16, 6 and 5 years old so we definitely have our hands full! I work nights, part time, as an emergency call handler and battle with fibromyalgia on a daily basis, whilst Charlie works in the oil and gas industry subcontracting his services all over the world. Between us we juggle our time working and spending time with our family, as well as the responsibility of running a home, caring for our pets and children and of course our wonderful team at Novella.
I have been on my own with a child and bills to pay. Working a job around my childcare that barely paid enough to keep me in the black. So believe me when I say I understand! But webcam work really saved me, it kept me more than afloat with paying my bills or food shopping, having nights out with my friends and especially when it came to birthdays and Christmas. I want more people to be able to not only take the financial weight off of their shoulders, but to gain financial independence, a social life with like minded people and to have support in all areas of their lives. I don't just want to see you winning on Camera, I want to help you win in your personal life too, we all do!"
