By accessing or using our website, services, or onboarding with us as a model, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they are designed to protect you, us, and the integrity of the Novella community.

1. Eligibility

To join Novella as a model, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age.
Be legally permitted to work in your country of residence.
Provide valid government-issued identification for verification purposes.
We do not tolerate identity fraud or the use of fake documentation.
Any breach of this will result in immediate termination of your account and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

2. Respect and Conduct

Novella was created as a safe, empowering space for models. By joining us, you agree to: Treat fellow models, staff, and clients with respect. Avoid gossip, hate speech, bullying, or any form of discrimination. Not engage in competitive behaviour meant to harm another model’s earnings or reputation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate support for any model whose behaviour violates these standards.

3. Content Ownership

As a Novella model, you retain full ownership of your content. We do not claim rights to your videos, images, or likeness unless you grant us explicit permission for promotional use. We may, with your written consent, feature your content on our training materials or social platforms - but only if you choose to participate.

4. Earnings and Payouts

Here at Novella we charge the smallest agency rates in the industry. Starting at 10% and only ever getting lower as you are promoted through the business, with some of our models paying just 2.5% agency fees. We aim for transparency at every level - no hidden fees, no surprises.

5. Support & Training

Novella offers tools, training and guidance to help you maximise your earnings, retain regulars and develop additional income streams such as content sales. We do not guarantee income or performance, but we do promise to give you everything you need to succeed - and to be here when you need support. You are never obligated to participate in any training or content creation beyond what you’re comfortable with.

6. Privacy & Safety

Your privacy and safety are our top priorities. Any personal information you share with Novella is kept strictly confidential and used only to provide services and support. We will never sell or share your data. We actively monitor for any safety concerns or red flags and will assist any model in navigating online safety, boundaries or incidents of harassment.

7. Termination of Services

You are free to leave Novella at any time, no questions asked. If at any point you feel the community or services are no longer a good fit for you for any reason, we will support a smooth and respectful offboarding process. Similarly, we reserve the right to end support or revoke access to our platforms for models who violate our core values or community standards.

8. Community Guidelines

Novella is built on a foundation of:

Empowerment, not pressure.
Real life first, always.
We understand that many of our models are parents, students, or full-time workers.
We respect your time, your energy, and your boundaries. That’s why we’ll never pressure you into long cam hours or unrealistic schedules.
We work with you, not over you.

9. Changes to Terms

We may occasionally update these Terms and Conditions. When we do, we’ll notify all models via email and clearly post the changes on our site. Continued use of our services after changes have been posted will indicate your acceptance of the revised terms.
