We are Novella, founded and managed by myself, former cam model Charlotte.

After working in the industry I often felt out of place in traditional agencies. There was always something missing - a lack of real support, a lack of class and a lack of long-term vision. I wanted to provide something more sophisticated, more empowering and more genuine. So, I built Novella!

Here at Novella we focus on helping models reach their full earning potential, not just by grinding hours on cam, but by building sustainable and smart income streams. That means offering tools and training to master everything from creating high-quality content to cultivating loyal regulars who actually value your time. We teach you how to minimise time spent in free chat and maximise what really matters: earning real money and protecting your energy.

We're big believers in not only women supporting women, but supporting small businesses too. They are phrases that get thrown around a lot, but behind the scenes we saw too many cracks in those promises.
Here, we mean it. There’s no room for hate, drama, or spiteful competition. Just safety, support and a loving fraternity.

Our Story
Novella was born out of real-life experience - not just in the cam world, but in the everyday world too.

The ladies involved are not influencers or out-of-touch business owners. We’re just real people, juggling real lives.
I am an emergency call handler, another lady is a nurse, one is an accountant and we all have families, careers, kids, homes to run and bills to pay - just like you.
​
I started my journey in the cam industry and quickly realised that most agencies didn’t really completely understand or support their models in the right way. I felt like we didn’t quite fit in, some agencies were tacky and pushy, some agencies were strict and controlling, especially on camera time. I felt that all of those models including me, not only wanted, but needed something more elevated, more empowering and far more supportive to our real worlds.

Not only that, but this is a growing industry, which is already difficult to discuss with your friends and family, so do we really need it to be advertised as sleazy or tacky? I want to change the game and show that this can be a classy and sophisticated way to earn an extra income and to explore your sexual side, that it doesn't make you a bad person and it isn't something you should hide or keep secret. (Of course, we do have models that keep this to themselves, this is why everyone within the business signs a Non disclosure agreement to keep our models safe and protected.)

That’s why we created Novella: to offer something different. Something more classy, professional and thoughtful. We’re here to help models not only earn well on cam, but also build a smart, sustainable income through content sales, client retention and brand building. We know first hand how draining long hours on camera can be and we believe in working smarter, not harder.

Above all, we believe in women supporting women and not just saying it, but actually living it. No hate, no cliques, no competition. Just a network of women who want to see each other win, in work and in life. (And Men Too!)
